Job Description Summary

As a Clinical Applications Specialist (CAS), you will support the GE Health Care Imaging applications team, leading and delivering cutting‑edge training initiatives focused on imaging equipment to empower customers with in‑depth knowledge and expertise. Your role will elevate the customer experience by providing comprehensive education and training solutions throughout the entire customer journey—from pre‑sale consultations to post‑implementation support—and ensuring customers derive maximum value from GEHC equipment.

• Deliver comprehensive training on GEHC CT equipment in a customer‑facing environment.
• Collaborate and coordinate training delivery with a targeted integrated account management approach, including sales, project management, and other service organization teams.
• Develop product, clinical, and software knowledge, skills, and competence within imaging modalities.
• Translate theoretical knowledge into clinical and product information to equip clinicians with skills to achieve optimal performance from GE Health Care equipment.
• Provide pre‑sale product clinical evaluations and/or educational sessions to potential customers in partnership with customers, and administer clinical training aligned with the Sales Order Agreement to achieve high Net Promoter Scores.
• Drive revenue realization through execution of on‑site or remote clinical education delivery, and produce timely, comprehensive documentation from pre‑through post‑training.
• Provide ongoing post‑installation training and support throughout the product lifecycle.
• Maintain customer relationships through proactive touches and communicate relevant product and customer concerns or opportunities to management, field sales, marketing, customer loyalty leads, and technical support.

• Associate degree or equivalent and a minimum of 3 years of technical/clinical industry experience.
• ARRT or equivalent modality certification.
• Comfortable in a clinical/patient environment.
• Proficient use of software applications such as Windows Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and other web‑based tools.
• Ability to learn specialized industry software and provide digital education and training solutions.
• Required to register with one or more vendor credentialing services by various customer hospitals.
• Required to travel extensively (80+% of time, 4–5 days per week including overnight and some weekends) within the territory via multiple modes of transportation.

• Minimum 2 years of GEHC equipment imaging experience.
