As a Maintenance Technician II, you will work with a team of technicians to perform a variety of tasks, including day‑to‑day maintenance and operations of the HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems for our headquarters building.

• Operate, maintain, and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and related equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Respond to tenant requests in a courteous and efficient manner and report unresolved issues to leaders.
• Takes readings on equipment regularly, analyzes readings, and makes adjustments to equipment as needed.
• Maintain and operate chillers, boilers, cooling towers, and related equipment.
• Solve problems with building fire and energy management systems.
• Inspect and test elevators, fire pumps, generators, carbon monoxide sensors, and other facility equipment.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Required:
  
  Two (2)-year degree from a vocational/technical/business school or a high school diploma/GED with equivalent experience; a minimum of three (3) years of experience in the HVAC industry including installation, repair or maintenance.

• Work in extreme temperatures, with loud noises and in enclosed spaces.
• Carry or lift items up to 50lbs and team‑lift loads of more than 50lbs as needed.
• Stand, walk, climb, bend, stoop, and squat, often for long periods of time.
• Work at elevated levels, possibly from man lifts, ladders, scaffolding, and/or small towers, with appropriate PPE.
• Use hand tools.

• Must be willing to work after hours, on‑call rotations, nights, weekend shifts and holidays as needed.
• Examples of rotating shifts include:
• Weekends: 7pm–7am and Thursday & Friday: 3pm–11pm.
• Weekends: 7am–7pm and Monday & Tuesday: 3pm–11pm.
• Monday–Friday: 7am–3pm, 3pm–11pm, 11pm–7am.
• May be required to work overtime.

• Must have a Mechanical Journeyman license with the State of Oklahoma, a State Boiler Operator license, and a first‑class limited Engineer's license.
• Must possess EPA refrigerant certification.
• Must possess a valid State Driver's License and a clean driving record.
• Demonstrate excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with safety as the utmost priority.
• Have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and PC skills.
• Background investigation required through the FDIC for access badge; additional screening may apply.
