Forklift Operator - 2nd & 3rd Shifts

Job Responsibilities

• Operate a sit-down forklift to safely move raw materials, finished goods, and inventory throughout the warehouse and production areas.
• Load and unload trucks while verifying material quantities and maintaining accurate inventory movement.
• Perform daily forklift inspections and follow all OSHA and company safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and support shipping, receiving, and production teams as needed.

• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous manufacturing experience, strongly preferred
• Warehouse and Forklift experience preferred
• Able to read, write and understand English
• Proficient in basic math and computer knowledge
• Strong team player

• Shifts:
  
  Monday through Friday 3 PM to 11 PM or 11 PM to 7 AM
• $2,000 retention bonus paid over 1 year
• $150 yearly safety shoe allowance
• $175 yearly safety glasses allowance
• 6% 401K company contribution
• BC/BS of RI Medical and Vision, effective on your 61st day of employment
• Delta Dental of RI, effective on your 61st day of employment
• 12 paid holidays
• Tuition reimbursement up to $2,500/year
