** What You'll Be Doing
*** Operate excavators to load raw materials into portable crushing equipment
* Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance to ensure safe operation
* Assist with plant setup, relocation, and breakdown as needed
* Communicate with team members to maintain efficient material flow
* Follow all safety and environmental procedures on site;
Mid Shift

Hours:

11am - 9pm
** What Are We Looking For
*** Skilled in operating excavators and other heavy equipment in a production setting
* Strong commitment to safety and situational awareness
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a mobile plant environment
* Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues
* Flexibility to work mid-shift hours and adapt to changing work locations
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
** Physical Demands of the Job
*** Ability to sit for extended periods while operating equipment
* Frequent walking, standing, climbing, and lifting up to 50 pounds
* Manual dexterity and visual acuity required to operate controls and inspect equipment
* Tolerance for working in dusty, noisy, and physically demanding environments
* Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as hard hats, gloves, safety glasses, and steel-toed boots
