Delivery Drivers / Sandwich Makers

Delivery Drivers are responsible for delivering sandwiches to customers in a designated delivery area. Drivers check all delivery orders to ensure accuracy and quality then deliver the products to customers in a safe and courteous manner. When not out on a delivery, drivers will work as in‑shop employees helping to make sandwiches, restock, greet customers, and keep the restaurant clean.

• Greet customers, take orders, operate the cash register, collect payments, and perform other cash handling duties.
• Deliver sandwich orders to customers in a safe, courteous, and timely manner within the established delivery area only.
• Accept payments from customers.
• Reconcile cash from delivery sales with management at the end of each shift.
• Make fast, accurate, and consistent sandwiches.
• Comply with all portion sizes, recipes, systems, and procedures.
• Pass sandwich tests at the end of the first two weeks and at subsequent scheduled testing times.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant including tables, floors, windows, beverage station, and restrooms.
• Complete systems and procedures documentation with 100% accuracy and integrity.
• Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with the dress code.
• Display a positive attitude and enthusiastic approach to all assignments.
• Perform other related duties as required.

• Use basic math, including addition, subtraction, and fractions.
• Stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, talk, and listen continuously; perform occasional climbing, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; lift up to 50 pounds.
• Physical demands include exposure to mechanical parts and moderate noise levels; reasonable accommodations may be made for disabilities.
• Occasionally engage with mechanical parts and moderate noise environment.

Must be at least 18 years of age, possess a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, current automobile insurance, and a clean driving record. Must be willing to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as business dictates and have the physical stamina to work 30–40 hours per week.
