We are currently seeking an experienced Asphalt Distributor Truck Driver to support our paving operations by safely operating distributor trucks and applying tack coat and asphalt emulsions to roadway projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate asphalt distributor trucks and related equipment
• Apply tack coat and emulsions in accordance with project specifications
• Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Monitor fluid levels and inspect equipment for leaks or mechanical issues
• Perform routine maintenance including greasing and cleaning spray systems
• Adjust spray bars and flow controls to achieve proper coverage rates
• Assist with additional construction duties as needed
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

• CDL Class A or B with Tanker Endorsement (Required)
• Clean driving record
• Hazmat (X) endorsement preferred
• Ability to pass DOT drug screen, physical, and background check
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to work nights, weekends, overtime, and flexible schedules as needed
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team

Physical Requirements

• Frequent climbing, bending, stooping, and walking on uneven terrain
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
• Ability to safely work around moving equipment and active construction zones
• Comfortable working in noisy, dusty environments
