Inventory Auditor

Position Summary:

The Inventory Auditor tracks and analyzes warehouse inventory levels by ensuring accuracy through cycle counts and reconciling discrepancies.

• Inventory Accuracy
  :
  Accurately perform daily cycle counts and reconcile stock discrepancies between physical counts and system records for primary and secondary warehouses.
• Data Management
  :
  Ensure necessary ERP transactions are performed accurately and in a timely manner. Maintain proper documentation for all inventory transactions.
• Quality
  :
  Collaborating with Quality department with managing and tracking suspect parts. Responsible for Material Review Board (MRB) management and adjustments.
• Problem Solving
  :
  Analyze and investigate inventory variances in a timely manner. Assist with process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy and efficiency.
• Warehouse Support
  :
  Support warehouse operations as needed.

• Minimum three years of experience in inventory management or warehousing.
• Cycle counting experience required.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and ERP software.
• Detail-oriented to maintain high accuracy.
• Self-starter, energetic and goal focused.

• Ability to lift (often up to 50-60 pounds), stand, walk, and maneuver in a warehouse environment for up to eight hours per day.
• Required to use hands to grasp, lift, handle, carry or feel objects on a regular basis.
• Reach above shoulder heights and below the waist on a regular basis.
• Stoop, kneel, or bend, on a regular basis.
• Must comply with all safety standards and procedures.
• May require extended hours during peak seasons or project deadlines.
