Concierge

Resort Lifestyle Communities is seeking a reliable 3rd Shift Concierge to support independent senior residents in our resort-style retirement community. In this overnight role, you'll serve as a welcoming front-desk presence, assist residents and guests, and help ensure a safe, calm environment. Responsibilities include answering phones, monitoring entrances, responding to resident requests, coordinating with dining and maintenance teams, and documenting shift activity.

You'll embody our resident-first, hospitality-driven culture while providing respectful, attentive service throughout the night shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide welcoming front-desk presence for residents and guests during 3rd shift
• Monitor community entrances, respond to calls, and ensure resident safety protocols
• Assist residents with requests such as transportation, information, and basic concierge services
• Coordinate with dining, housekeeping, and maintenance teams to address resident needs
• Conduct regular walk-throughs of common areas, reporting issues or concerns
• Handle basic administrative tasks including logging activities and updating shift reports
• Respond calmly and professionally to emergencies, following community procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hospitable lobby and reception area
• Communicate resident concerns and updates to daytime staff and management
• Uphold resident-first, service-oriented standards of courtesy and confidentiality
