Seeking two dedicated and professional Personal Lines Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to join a growing team. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong background in personal lines insurance.

As a Personal Lines CSR, you will be responsible for managing standard personal lines accounts, providing A-Z servicing, and ensuring client satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-growth organization that values hard work, respect, and work-life balance.

• Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

• Provide full-service support for personal lines insurance accounts, including policy changes, renewals, and customer inquiries.
• Handle 90% renewal business and 10% new business quoting.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using Hawk Soft software (training provided).
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

• Licenses/Certifications:
  
  Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal lines insurance.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Familiarity with Hawk Soft software is a plus, but training will be provided.
• Soft Skills:
  
  Strong candidates will be coachable, flexible, and hard-working, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Work Environment:
  Preference for on-site work in Lancaster, PA, but hybrid arrangements may be considered.
