What Nuvia Offers

Pay: $65,000-$131,000 per yr (includes bonus potential). Up to $4,000 monthly bonuses averaging ~$48,000 per yr. Up to $2,000 quarterly bonuses averaging ~$8,000 per yr. Compensation includes a base pay plus monthly and yearly bonuses. No Insurance Billing:

Role Overview

General Managers are integral to each Nuvia center, collaborating with administrative, clinical and sales teams to ensure center success. They optimize the patient schedule to align with production goals and ensure patients are treated efficiently. They ensure patients have an exceptional treatment experience through strong communication and expectation management. They coordinate medical clearance for Nuvia patients with providers and external clinical offices to ensure timely clearance for procedures.

The General Manager also manages the administrative team and Dental Assistants, ensuring policies and procedures are followed and workflows are efficient.

• Drives a productive and efficient schedule
• Works with the clinical team to ensure patients are cleared for surgery
• Ensures Nuvia’s best practices are in place
• Administers and enforces company policies and procedures
• Works closely with clinical providers to communicate company objectives
• Serves as a point of contact between centralized operations and their center
• Ensures center compliance with OSHA and HIPAA guidelines
• Facilitates training for center staff on new best practices

• 3-5 year management experience in the dental field
• Familiar with OSHA and HIPAA compliance standards
• Experience with Open Dental management software preferred
• 2+ years experience as a training facilitator

• Patient Scheduling:
  Schedule patients to optimize efficiency and production
• Medical Clearances:
  Work with Nuvia providers and external clinical offices to ensure patients are cleared for their surgical procedures in a timely manner
• System Updates:
  Ensure accuracy of documentation in Nuvia’s operating system to track patient surgeries, outstanding balances, and medical documentation
• Daily Huddles:
  Perform daily huddles and inspections to facilitate alignment and adequate maintenance of the center
• Communication Management:
  Collaborate with other departments to ensure operational excellence and alignment
• Miscellaneous Firefighting:
  Apply management experience to troubleshoot and solve daily issues that could impact patients, the team, or Nuvia
