The WorkOur Radar Systems Engineering team is seeking a candidate to support architecture, design, Concept of Operations, requirements development, analysis, and implementation of high performance Active Electronically Scanned Array (AESA) radar systems.
Responsibilities- Perform concept of operations design, radar behavior definition, and associated requirements development to drive radar capability implementation across radar subsystems.
- Successfully collaborate with subsystem teams to define clear, executable, and testable approaches for meeting mission success criteria
- Conduct trade studies and analyze the radar system level performance impacts to support and evaluate design decisions
- Develop and present detailed design documentation
- Represent the organization on contracts and interface with internal and external customers, program and senior leadership, and multi-disciplinary teams on significant technical matters.
- Apply strong analytical and communication skills in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment
This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, Physics or equivalent degree combined with 5 years of related experience, or a Master’s degree with 3 years of related experience
- Functional knowledge of radar systems and subsystems
- Demonstrated experience in one or more of the following areas: system analysis, architecture, requirements development, trade studies, modeling and simulation, or integration and test.
- High proficiency in C++, Matlab or Python
