Lead Radar Signal Processing Systems EngineerIn this role, you will contribute to the design, analysis, testing, and requirements verification of high‑performance Radar Signal Processor systems.
Basic Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or equivalent technical discipline.
- 5+ years of systems engineering experience.
- Experience with radar and radar signal processing.
- Experience with requirements development and algorithm development.
- Experience with Matlab modeling and simulation.
- Must be a US Citizen and hold a U.S. DoD Security Clearance at the SECRET level.
- Master’s degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or equivalent technical discipline.
- Performance analysis experience.
- Software requirements verification experience.
- Test plan and test procedure development experience.
- Agile development process experience.
- Experience with DOORs, Linux, git, Git Lab, MBSE, Confluence Tool Suite.
This position requires a U.S. DoD Security Clearance at the SECRET level. The role is located at a facility that requires special access.
Work ScheduleOnsite full‑time; the work will be performed at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Schedule:
4 × 10‑hour day, 3 days off per week. The base salary range for this position in New Jersey is $110,500–$198,422.
