The WorkOur Radar Systems Engineering team is seeking a candidate to support the integration, test, and verification of high performance Active Electronically Scanned Array (AESA) radar systems. The Radar Systems Engineer will:
- Apply advanced technologies, scientific principles, theories and concepts to develop revolutionary system solutions
- Support integration and test, evaluate test results, investigate discrepancies, provide technical assessment of anomalies, and drive issues to resolution
- Conduct system verification and support certification activities
- Represent the organization on contracts and interface with internal and external customers, program and senior leadership, and multidisciplinary engineering teams on significant technical matters
- Have strong analytical and communication skills and work well in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment
- Be comfortable working in hands‑on laboratory or field environments
- Work a non-standard shift as needed
- Have the ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed to support site installs, checkout and integration testing
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, Physics or equivalent STEM degree with minimum of 2 years relevant experience, or a Master’s degree
- Integration and test experience on complex systems
- Proficiency in MATLAB and/or Python
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility to work non‑standard work shifts and weekends as required by the supported program
- U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain a DoD Secret level clearance
- Functional integration
- Test plan/procedure development

- Software test/issue resolution/regression testing
- Hardware test/issue resolution/regression testing
This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a U.S. Citizen for consideration.
Shift4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
