The WorkLockheed Martin Rotary & Mission Systems is seeking a full‑time Senior Systems Engineer. In this role, you will lead the design, analysis, testing, and requirements development and verification of high performance Radar Signal Processing systems. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of Radar Signal Processing, MATLAB Simulation Development, Requirements Development and Testing, and Model Based Systems Engineering. This position is located at a facility that requires special access and will require a government security clearance.
U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or equivalent technical discipline
- Five or more years of Systems Engineering experience
- Three or more years of experience with MATLAB modeling
- Experience developing system and software requirements and associated analysis and testing
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance at the SECRET level. U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Master's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering
- Experience with DOORs
- Experience with SysML and MBE tools, such as Rhapsody and Cameo
- Experience with modeling, simulation, and analysis of Radar algorithms and radar scene environments
- Systems engineering leadership experience
- Experience with Gitlab
This position requires a government security clearance, and you must be a U.S. Citizen for consideration.

Work SchedulesLockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility. Schedules range from a standard 40‑hour week to condensed schedules that offer extra time off. These schedules are in addition to our Paid Time Off benefits.
