The Work
Our Radar Systems Engineering team is seeking
a candidate to support the integration, test, and
verification of high performance Active
Electronically Scanned Array AESA radar
systems The Radar Systems Engineer will:
- Apply advanced technologies, scientific
principles, theories and concepts to develop
revolutionary system solutions
- Support integration and test, evaluate test
results, investigate discrepancies, provide technical assessment of anomalies, and drive
issues to resolution
- Conduct system verification and support
certification activities
- Represent the organization on contracts and
interface with internal and external customers,
program and senior leadership, and
multidisciplinary engineering teams on significant
technical matters
- Have strong analytical and communication skills and work well in a dynamic, multi disciplinary environment
- Be comfortable working in hands on laboratory or field environments
- Work a Non standard shift as needed
- Have the ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed to support site installs, checkout and integration testing
This position requires a U S DoD Security Clearance U S Citizenship is required

* Basic Qualifications:
*
* - Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, Physics or equivalent STEM degree with minimum of 2 years relevant experience, or a Master's degree
- Integration and test experience on complex systems
- Proficiency in MATLAB and/or Python
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility to work non standard work shifts and weekends as required by the supported program
- U S Citizen with ability to obtain a DoD Secret
level clearance
