Job Summary
Lockheed Martin Rotary & Mission Systems is seeking a full‑time Early Career Electrical Engineer (Antenna and RF Subsystems). In this role, you will contribute to the design, analysis/modeling, and test of antennas, phased array antennas, and associated distribution/architectures for radar and other systems.
Security ClearanceMust be a U.S. Citizen. This position requires a government security clearance (Secret). The facility is restricted and requires special access.
Responsibilities- Design, analyze, model, and test antennas and phased array antennas.
- Develop distribution/architectures for radar and related systems.
- Support data processing of antenna and RF subsystem performance.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with systems integration teams.
- Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.
- College coursework in Electromagnetics, Antenna Design, or RF Design.
- Demonstrated ability with MATLAB or Python.
- Antenna or RF Design and Analysis experience.
- Willingness to travel.
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a government security clearance.
- Familiarity with antennas, phased arrays, advanced receivers, exciters, synthesizers, or analog/digital signal processing subsystems for radar and other systems.
- Mixed‑signal experience.
- Knowledge of HFSS, FEKO, ADS, Simulink, LabVIEW, Zuken, SharePoint, and Office.
- Experience with Project Management / Earned Value.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.

CompensationBase salary range for this position in New Jersey: $75,000 – $135,961.
Work Schedule4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week.
Location & TravelOnsite, full‑time at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Travel required.
