- Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or technology related field with 9 years of professional experience, or a Master's degree in engineering, science, or technology with 7 years of professional experience.
- Demonstrated experience in Position/Navigation/Timing (PNT), Timing Synchronization, and networking.
- Demonstrated success in leading execution of SW/HW/FW development.
- High proficiency in C++, Matlab, or Python.
- U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance.

Responsibilities- Investigate, design, and implement innovative timing and networking capabilities to achieve system‑of‑systems performance requirements and missions.
- Identify technology insertion opportunities in support of capability roadmaps, and mitigate performance and execution risks.
- Facilitate team development, building technical depth and expertise in timing and networking.
- Support planning and execution of development and integration activities; coordinate designs and schedules with systems, software, and hardware teams.
- Lead design reviews, system demos, flight tests, element and system level verification activities, and system certification.
- Execute integration and test activities; evaluate test results, investigate discrepancies, assess anomalies, and drive resolution.
- Represent the organization on contracts and interface with internal and external customers, program and senior leadership, and multi‑disciplinary teams on significant technical matters.

We support a broad array of Radar products and customers including the Missile Defense Agency, US Navy, Air Force, US Army, Space Force, and foreign partners such as Japan, Canada, Spain, Norway, Australia, and the UK.

Desired Skills- Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, Physics or equivalent.
- Experience with technical or functional leadership of diverse teams of engineers.
- Sub‑picosecond timing synchronization system design.
- FPGA design/implementation and digital signal processing experience.
- Experience developing proposals for government customers.
- Experience managing program budget and schedule constraints, including control account management.
- Active DoD Secret level clearance or higher.
