My client is looking for a sharp, hands-on Project Estimator to join their growing team and lead the cost side of impactful environmental projects. If you’ve got a background in environmental construction, a knack for numbers, and a desire to grow in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and project budgets for remediation, petroleum equipment, hospitals, chemical plants, government sites and environmental construction projects
• Conduct risk analysis, scheduling, and proposal preparation in collaboration with PMs and sales teams
• Attend pre-bid meetings, review project scopes and bid specs with internal teams
• Manage RFIs, develop construction schedules, and project costs for each elevation
• Evaluate vendor and subcontractor bids, specify materials, and negotiate pricing
• Resolve cost discrepancies through thorough analysis and coordination
• Contribute to special reports, trend analysis, and internal documentation to maintain continuity
• Help prepare sharp, client-ready bid packages and proposals alongside the sales team
• 3+ years’ experience estimating in remediation, environmental contracting, or petroleum system construction
• Strong communicator with the ability to work cross-functionally with vendors, suppliers, and government agencies
• Confident in reviewing environmental reports, engineering specs, and bid requirements
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Project (Pro Core experience is a plus)
• Comfortable juggling multiple deadlines while staying laser-focused on detail
