The Work

Our Radar Systems Engineering team is seeking a candidate to support architecture, design, Concept of Operations, requirements development, analysis, and implementation of high performance Active Electronically Scanned Array  AESA  radar systems

In your role as a Sensor Systems Architect, you will:

- Perform concept of operations design, radar behavior definition, and associated requirements development to drive radar capability implementation across radar subsystems

- Successfully collaborate with subsystem teams to define clear, executable, and testable approaches for meeting mission success criteria

- Conduct trade studies and analyze the radar system level performance impacts to support and evaluate design decisions

- Develop and present detailed design documentation

- Represent the organization on contracts and interface with internal and external customers, program and senior leadership, and multi disciplinary teams on significant technical matters

- Apply strong analytical and communication skills in a dynamic, multi disciplinary environment

- This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a US Citizen for consideration
