Early Career Electrical Engineer – Antenna and RF Subsystems
Lockheed Martin Rotary & Mission Systems is seeking a full‑time Early Career Electrical Engineer to contribute to the design, analysis/modeling, and testing of antennas, phased array antennas, and associated distribution/architectures for RADAR and other systems.
Responsibilities• Design, model, and test antennas and phased array antennas for radar and other defense systems.
• Perform electromagnetics, RF design, and data processing analysis.
• Use simulation tools to verify performance and ensure system integration.
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited college or university.
- Course work in electromagnetics, antenna design, or RF design.
- Demonstrated ability with MATLAB or Python.
- Experience in antenna or RF design and analysis.
- Willingness to travel.
- Must be a U.S. citizen; a government security clearance will be required.
- Position located at a facility that requires special access.
- Familiarity with antennas, phased arrays, advanced receivers, exciters, synthesizers, or analog/digital signal processing subsystems for RADAR and other systems.
- Mixed‑signal experience.
- Knowledge of HFSS, FEKO, ADS, Simulink, Lab View, Zuken, SharePoint, and Office.
- Familiarity with project management and earned value principles.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
This position requires a government security clearance. The candidate must be a U.S. citizen.
