Description
Lockheed Martin RMS in New Jersey is seeking a full‑time Systems Engineer (Integration & Test) – Early Career. This role focuses on bringing together people that use their passion for purposeful innovation to keep people safe and solve the world’s most complex challenges.
Responsibilities- System‑level integration of software and hardware components to verify system requirements in a lab and end‑user environment.
- Data analysis to evaluate, document, troubleshoot, and correct system/subsystem anomalies found during scenario testing.
- Develop test procedures and reports to verify requirements.
- Provide technical leadership and functional management to meet cost, schedule, and technical performance objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Natural Sciences, Physical Sciences, Computer Sciences, or an equivalent degree.
- Working knowledge of Unix and/or Linux operating systems.
- Understanding of design, continuous integration and validation of software and hardware system‑level components.
- Experience and/or knowledge of the systems engineering life cycle process.
- Debugging and troubleshooting skills for systems that include software and hardware components.
- US citizenship and eligibility for a government security clearance.
- Working knowledge of Python and/or Bash scripting.
- Basic understanding of the systems engineering life cycle process.
- Availability to travel domestically and/or internationally up to 25% of the time.
- Flexibility to work non‑standard work shifts.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting abilities.
Requires a Secret clearance. Must be a US Citizen.
Key InformationLocation:
Onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Schedule:
Non‑standard 40‑hour work week as assigned by leader. Salary range: $61,500 – $110,909. Recurring travel up to 25% and flexibility for non‑standard shifts.
