** THE WORK*
* Here at Lockheed Martin's Rotary and Mission Systems  RMS  business in Moorestown, NJ we are responsible for integrating, testing, and demonstrating some of our customers most complex systems  As the Engineering planner in our System Integration and Test  SI&T  department, you will be a part of the team responsible for high level system design, system test planning and test execution for our key customers, including US Navy, US Coast Guard, US Missile Defense Agency, US Air Force, and international customers

Lockheed Martin is seeking a full time Engineering Planner   In this role, you will interface with engineers and external parties to:

Prepare and coordinate the plans and schedules for new or existing programs  Determine, monitor, and review costs, operational budgets and schedules, and manpower requirements  Support and participate in negotiations with customer

Analyze effects of projects upon various areas such as Engineering, Facilities, and the labor pool to determine the most practical and cost efficient methods to obtain the required resources  Resolve proposal preparation problems and assesses the progress against established plans and parameters  Formulate and recommend corrective action measures such as schedule revisions, manpower adjustments, fund allocations, and work requirements

** Work Schedules:
** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees   Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed   These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits

** Schedule for this Position:
** 9x80 every other Friday off

** Pay Rate:
** The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York  excluding most major metropolitan areas , Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $73,800    $130,180  For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location  Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only  Lockheed Martin considers factors such as  but not limited to  scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer
