Our Sensor Architects organization is seeking an expert in precision timing synchronization to support advanced capability development for distributed systems. In this role, you will:

• Investigate, design, and implement innovative timing and networking capabilities to achieve system-of-systems performance requirements and missions.
• Identify technology insertion opportunities in support of capability roadmaps, identify and mitigate performance and execution risks.
• Facilitate team development, building technical depth and expertise in timing and networking.
• Support the planning and execution of development and integration activities; working with systems, software, and hardware teams to coordinate designs and schedules.
• Lead design reviews, system demos, flight tests, element and system level verification activities, and system certification.
• Execute integration and test activities, evaluate test results, investigate discrepancies, technically assess anomalies, and drive them to resolution.
• Represent the organization on contracts and interface with internal and external customers, program and senior leadership, and multi-disciplinary teams on significant technical matters.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or technology related field with 9 years of professional experience, or a Master’s degree in engineering, science, or technology with 7 years of professional experience.
• Demonstrated experience in Position/Navigation/Timing (PNT), Timing Synchronization, and networking.
• Demonstrated success in leading execution of SW/HW/FW development.
• High proficiency in C++, Matlab, or Python.
• U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain a DoD Secret level clearance.
