Our Radar Systems Engineering team is seeking a candidate to support the integration, test, and verification of high performance AESA radar systems. The Radar Systems Engineer will:
- Apply advanced technologies, scientific principles, theories and concepts to develop revolutionary system solutions.
- Support integration and test, evaluate test results, investigate discrepancies, provide technical assessment of anomalies, and drive issues to resolution.
- Conduct system verification and support certification activities.
- Represent the organization on contracts and interface with internal and external customers, program and senior leadership, and multidisciplinary engineering teams on significant technical matters.
- Have strong analytical and communication skills and work well in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment.
- Be comfortable working in hands‑on laboratory or field environments.
- Work a non‑standard shift as needed.
- Have the ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed to support site installs, checkout and integration testing.
This position requires a U.S. DoD Security Clearance. U.S. Citizenship is required.
Basic Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, Physics or equivalent combined with minimum 5 years of related experience, or a Master's degree with 3 years of related experience.
- Functional knowledge of radar systems, subsystems and components.
- Experience in the integration and test of radar systems.
- High proficiency in MATLAB, C++ or Python.
- Ability to perform data analysis.
- Flexibility to work non‑standard work shifts as required by the supported program.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed to support site installs, checkout and integration testing.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. DoD Security Clearance at the SECRET level. U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, Physics or equivalent.
- Radar systems development experience including signal processing, algorithms, software, data analysis, and modeling & simulation.
- Hands‑on experience with RF systems or antenna testing including near‑field and far‑field measurement techniques.
- Flexibility to work non‑standard work shifts such as evenings, nights and/or weekends as required by the supported program (highly desirable).
- Experience in Ballistic Missile Defense (BMD) and Anti‑Aircraft Warfare (AAW) concepts and design implementation.
- Technical leadership experience with program execution.
- Demonstrated analytical, applied mathematics and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience with automated build and system development.
- Experience with managing pipelines across classification boundaries.
- Ability to deploy new technologies, educate others on their use and integrate them into workflows.
This position requires a government security clearance. You must be a U.S. Citizen for consideration. Clearance level:
Secret.

Compensation:
The base range for this position in New Jersey is $91,000 – $181,113.
