The Work
Our Radar Systems Engineering team is seeking
a candidate to support the integration, test, and
verification of high performance Active
Electronically Scanned Array (AESA) radar
systems. The Radar Systems Engineer will:
- Apply advanced technologies, scientific
principles, theories and concepts to develop
revolutionary system solutions
- Support integration and test, evaluate test
results, investigate discrepancies, provide
technical assessment of anomalies, and drive
issues to resolution
- Conduct system verification and support
certification activities
- Represent the organization on contracts and
interface with internal and external customers,
program and senior leadership, and
multidisciplinary engineering teams on significant
technical matters
- Have strong analytical and communication
skills and work well in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment
- Be comfortable working in hands-on laboratory
or field environments
- Work a Non-standard shift as needed
- Have the ability to travel domestically and
internationally as needed to support site installs,
checkout and integration testing
This position requires a U.S. DoD Security
Clearance. U.S. Citizenship is required.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical
Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering,
Physics or equivalent combined with minimum of
5 years of related experience, or a Master's
degree with 3 years of related experience
- Functional knowledge of radar systems,
subsystems and components
- Experience in the integration and test of Radar systems
- High proficiency in MATLAB, C++ or Python
- Ability to perform data analysis
- Flexibility to work non-standard work shifts as
required by the supported program
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally
as needed to support site installs, checkout and
integration testing
- Ability to obtain & maintain a U.S. DoD
Security Clearance at the SECRET level. U.S.
Citizenship is required
Desired Skills
- Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering,
Systems Engineering, Computer
Science/Engineering, Physics or equivalent
- Radar systems development experience
including signal processing, algorithms, software,
data analysis, and modeling & simulation
- Hands-on experience with RF systems or
antenna testing including near-field and far-field
measurement techniques
- Flexibility to work non-standard work shifts,
such as evenings, nights and/or weekends as
required by the supported program highly
desirable
- Experience in Ballistic Missile Defense (BMD)
and Anti-Aircraft Warfare (AAW) concepts and
design implementation
- Technical leadership experience with program
execution
- Demonstrated analytical, applied mathematics
and problem-solving skills
