** The Work*
* The Radar Digital Processing Subsystem Engineer supports the development of radar processor applications for deployment on real time hardware  The engineer will design and document radar processing hardware/software architectures, design and analyze processing algorithms, perform modeling and simulation, and develop and execute test plans  The engineer will work on cross discipline teams of systems, hardware, software, firmware, and test engineers while supporting all phases of development from concept through customer qualification testing

* Basic Qualifications:

*
* - BS Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical and Computer Engineering

- Minimum 5 years related experience

- Experience designing processing algorithms for real time software applications

- Experience developing software and/or hardware requirements

- Simulation tool experience such as MATLAB

- Experience testing processing hardware and/or software

- Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance at the SECRET level

The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility  The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process

** Work Schedules:
** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees   Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed   These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits

** Schedule for this Position:
** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

The base range for this position in New Jersey is $91,000   $181,113
