Role OverviewWe are seeking an I&T Engineer for a position based in Moorestown, NJ. The role requires flexibility for non-standard work shifts and availability for domestic and international travel as dictated by program needs. This position involves working with complex software and hardware systems within a specialized environment.
Required Qualifications- Education:
A Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or a STEM field is required. - Education and experience requirements can be met through the following combinations:
- BS Degree with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience.
- A minimum of 4 years of military-related experience in lieu of a degree.
- An Associate's Degree with equivalent work experience.
- Knowledge of Navy ship and crew environments, including structure, tasking, communications, and relations.
- Familiarity with Navy ship test approaches, sequences, milestones, and processes.
- Knowledge of the Aegis Combat System.
- Working knowledge of Unix and/or Linux operating systems.
- Understanding of the design, continuous integration, and validation of software and hardware system-level components.
- Experience with government contracts.
- Understanding of the technical process for testing complex software systems.
