Description
This is a Hybrid Telework opportunity. These job requirements allow the employee to work at a Lockheed Martin-designated office or job site for part of their schedule and has a predefined regular, recurring telework schedule for the remaining part of their work schedule.
What We’re DoingAt Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems, the mission is to drive innovation and uphold the highest standards of business ethics.
The WorkPerform financial analysis, establish performance management budgeting, and forecasting activities including variance analysis, trend identification, workforce planning drivers, risk and opportunity assessment, and development of mitigation plans to support the Storm breaker contract. Integrate information from multiple financial systems to consolidate data for forensic analysis into actionable business solution recommendations. Consolidate financial results (Orders, Sales, EBIT, Cash) and produce monthly, quarterly and year‑end reporting to internal and external customers, including government contractual cost and schedule earned value management reporting.
Develop and utilize forward‑looking data analytics, visualization and trend analysis to inform financial strategy and decision making. Provide actionable recommendations to key stakeholders. Maintain applicable internal and external policy, procedure, and controls for compliance. Support proposal development, basis of estimate and negotiations as required. Support Outlook, CSR and balance sheet reviews.

Basic Qualifications- Earned Value Management (EVM) knowledge
- Financial Management tool set experience (Hyperion, SAP)
- Conflict management skills
- Efficiency in Excel
- EVM toolset experience (Cobra, Open Plan)
- Adherence to PPMP‑01
- CSDR, CFSR experience
- Ability to achieve goals independently
This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Clearance level:
Secret.
Lockheed Martin supports flexible schedules. This position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week.
Pay RateAnnual base salary range for the position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $73,800 - $130,180. Salary range for other states reflects the candidate’s final work location.
