- Flexible hybrid schedule (office + virtual sessions)
- Weekday daytime hours (9:00 AM – 4:00 PM window)
- Occasional evenings or weekends for special events as needed

The LSW will provide individual therapeutic and supportive counseling services to clients throughout Burlington County using both in-person and telehealth platforms. The role may also include community engagement and outreach participation as needed.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individual therapy and supportive counseling within scope of licensure
- Deliver services both in-office and virtually
- Participate in community outreach and engagement activities as needed
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Uphold ethical standards and strict confidentiality
- Collaborate with agency leadership and community partners
- Master’s Degree in Social Work or related mental health field
- Minimum 2 years relevant clinical experience
- Experience with trauma-informed practices (TF-CBT, EMDR, DBT, safety planning, crisis intervention)
- Experience providing telehealth and in-person therapy
- Comfortable with community outreach and partnership-building
- Self-directed, organized, and adaptable
- Commitment to serving diverse and underserved populations
