Contact is a nonprofit organization dedicated to reducing isolation, strengthening emotional wellness, and promoting safety through crisis intervention, counseling, advocacy, and community outreach. Our work is rooted in dignity, compassion, and trauma-informed care.

• Flexible hybrid schedule (office + virtual sessions)
• Weekday daytime hours (9:00 AM – 4:00 PM window)
• Occasional evenings or weekends for special events as needed

The LSW will provide individual therapeutic and supportive counseling services to clients throughout Burlington County using both in-person and telehealth platforms. The role may also include community engagement and outreach participation as needed.

• Provide individual therapy and supportive counseling within scope of licensure
• Deliver services both in-office and virtually
• Participate in community outreach and engagement activities as needed
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Uphold ethical standards and strict confidentiality
• Collaborate with agency leadership and community partners

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or related mental health field
• Minimum 2 years relevant clinical experience
• Experience with trauma-informed practices (TF-CBT, EMDR, DBT, safety planning, crisis intervention)
• Experience providing telehealth and in-person therapy
• Comfortable with community outreach and partnership-building
• Self-directed, organized, and adaptable
• Commitment to serving diverse and underserved populations
