What This Role Offers

Position Summary

The LSW will provide individual therapeutic and supportive counseling services to clients throughout Burlington County using both in-person and telehealth platforms. The role may also include community engagement and outreach participation as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual therapy and supportive counseling within scope of licensure
  • Deliver services both in-office and virtually
  • Participate in community outreach and engagement activities as needed
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
  • Uphold ethical standards and strict confidentiality
  • Collaborate with agency leadership and community partners
Qualifications
  • Master’s Degree in Social Work or related mental health field
  • Minimum 2 years relevant clinical experience
  • Experience with trauma-informed practices (TF-CBT, EMDR, DBT, safety planning, crisis intervention)
  • Experience providing telehealth and in-person therapy
  • Comfortable with community outreach and partnership-building
  • Self-directed, organized, and adaptable
  • Commitment to serving diverse and underserved populations
