Tier4 Group is seeking an IT Infrastructure & Network Monitoring professional to join our Moorestown, NJ office. You will monitor system performance using Solar Winds, Splunk, and Logic Monitor, and handle Tier 2 incident triage to ensure rapid resolution.
You will coordinate with the Systems Team, maintain runbooks, and support Service Desk activities during the ongoing Service Now transition. A solid ITIL/ITSM background and experience with incident ticketing systems are preferred.
