Job Overview

Anew Health, a leading pharmacy care management company, is seeking a Shipping Operations Coordinator to manage shipment and tracking processes for packages dispatched from Care Kinesis fulfillment centers to participant residences, assisted living facilities, and PACE organization facilities. The role reports to the SVP of Pharmacy Operations.

• Monitor and track all shipments via Fed Ex, UPS, and other couriers, ensuring timely delivery and on‑time performance.
• Act as liaison between national couriers and the organization, addressing delivery exceptions and escalating unresolved issues.
• Verify shipment accuracy by monitoring delivery systems for correct destination address and delivery time.
• Prepare shipping reports, coordinate carrier information with dashboards, and prepare accurate invoices and credits per client contracts.
• Proactively monitor weather patterns to mitigate delivery delays and inform supervisors.
• Participate in reclamation duties, including retrieval and restoration of shipping packages.
• Contribute to quality initiatives, identify process improvement opportunities, and report quality assurance issues.
• Ensure compliance with privacy, security, and company guidelines, including HIPAA.
• Coordinate return requests from PACE clients and collaborate with inventory supervisor on return packages and crediting orders using JIRA and Appfire.
• Maintain up‑to‑date training and best practices relevant to the role and embody Anew Health’s core values.

High School diploma or equivalent required.

Minimum of 3 years in shipping preferred; experience in a pharmacy or healthcare environment preferred.

• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and logical, systematic approach.
• Capable of multi‑tasking, handling priorities without sacrificing quality.
• Detail oriented and organized.
• Proficient with computer systems, including proprietary pharmacy software, shipping and delivery platforms (Fed Ex, UPS, TForce, TOMS), Microsoft Excel and SharePoint.
• Ability to create and analyze Excel charts, pivot tables, formulas, algorithms, and trend analysis.

Uses computer hardware and other office equipment; may require long periods of typing and reading; must handle high‑stress situations and deadlines.

Full‑time, 40 hours per week with occasional overtime or weekend work to meet customer expectations. Travel may be required for department events, trade shows, and client engagements.
