The WorkThe Manufacturing Planning Associate Manager is the first‑line leader for the Moorestown Operations Commodity Planning & Production Control teams. The role includes:
- Commodity Planning – Buy‑Order Planning, ROP, Chemical Management, MMAS, Tool Crib Administration
- Production Control – Make‑Order Planning
The manager will collaborate closely with operations managers responsible for Warehouse Operations, Stockroom Operations, Inventory Control, Master Scheduling, and Factory Operations to ensure timely execution and material control for numerous radar and launcher programs at the Moorestown Factory.
Who You AreYou are a skilled leader with a strong foundation in supply chain and manufacturing operations. You effectively communicate across multiple platforms and possess an analytical mindset and technical proficiency needed to manage complex demand and supply requirements.

Basic Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., supply chain management, mechanical/industrial/manufacturing engineering).
- Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, or a related area.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Strong communication skills with peers, leadership, and internal customers across multiple platforms.
- U.S. citizenship required.
- Prior leadership or management experience.
- Basic knowledge of SAP.
- Understanding of MRP and supply and demand management.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Master’s degree (preferred).

Onsite full‑time at a Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedule:
4×10 hour day, 3 days off per week.

Annual base salary ranges from $90,200 to $159,045 for eligible states in California, Massachusetts, New York (excluding major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington, or Washington DC. Salary is a general guideline and may be adjusted based on location, experience, and market conditions.
