Job Overview
The Inventory Associate is responsible for receiving, unpacking, stocking, and maintaining accurate inventory of pharmacy merchandise, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Responsibilities- Receive merchandise and verify that it matches purchase orders.
- Stock merchandise in the appropriate locations following organizational guidelines.
- Review stock for expired medications and remove them as required.
- Process returns and other inventory adjustments.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to maintain accurate inventory records.

Full‑time position with a rotating schedule of 6:30AM–3:00PM or 7:30AM–4:00PM, Monday through Friday. Employees may be expected to work additional hours on an ad‑hoc basis to meet customer needs.
Physical and Mental DemandsThe role requires frequently standing and walking, lifting up to 30lbs, pushing or pulling items, climbing stairs or steps, bending, reaching, and twisting. Candidates must have adequate hearing, vision, and speech to read, speak, and communicate in English. The position requires concentration, reading, and writing skills to interpret written instructions and perform tasks accurately.
Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred:
One year of inventory experience in a similar role. - Ability to lift up to 30lbs.
- Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic PC skills and ability to navigate standard computer programs.
- Ability to count items accurately and maintain sequential accuracy.
- Patient‑centered focus and reliability.
- Ability to build and maintain working relationships with team members and leaders.
