Your leadership will be critical in guiding the production of advanced Radar and Launcher subsystems, ensuring that national security priorities are met through operational excellence and precision manufacturing.
Responsibilities- Supervise an hourly workforce of Assembly & Test technicians in the production of Radar or Launcher subsystems or components at the Moorestown, NJ factory.
- Ensure the workforce is fully trained, equipped and staffed to meet daily production demands and work with peers to identify skills and talents needed to make the team successful.
- Ensure adequate engineering and administrative support is in place for the work center.
- Lead a team of 15-30 employees, with OT/Weekend support potentially required at times.
Note:
This is a Second Shift role. The position requires a government security clearance and you must be a U.S. Citizen for consideration.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret level clearance; U.S. citizenship is required.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team of assemblers and test technicians to meet quality, cost and schedule goals.
- Experience in a single piece flow manufacturing environment and lean manufacturing techniques.
- Ability to understand procedures, work instructions, specifications, blueprints, engineering drawings and apply this knowledge in day‑to‑day activities.
- Experience performing data analysis.
- Continuous improvement mindset.
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal/external customers, including DCMA.
- Experience with Performance Management Team (PMT) and 6S.
- Experience in electrical & mechanical assembly and/or use of automated equipment.
- Experience with SAP.
- Green Belt Certified.
- Ability to effectively communicate leadership/factory initiatives to team members.
Security Clearance Level: Secret.

Pay Range: $73,800 – $130,180 (state‑specific variations apply).
Schedule:
4x10 day, 3 days off per week.
