What You’ll Get to DoThe Material Handler I is focused on moving material including glass and/or metal from one position or location to another to expedite the product throughout the plant. This includes on/off‑loading of the product from tables, rolling racks, delivery trucks, or wood crates and reports to the Production Supervisor
. This role is ideal for an individual who has an attention to detail, a strong work ethic and reliability, and is a problem solver. As a vital member of the Production Departments

Job responsibilities include:
- On/off‑loading of the product from tables, rolling racks, delivery trucks, or wood crates.
- Reads work orders and follows job standards for safety, quality, and production.
- Attaches appropriate labels and tags to products and packages.
- Reads and interprets basic mathematical measurements while effectively using a tape measure.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize work with deadlines; ability to work overtime when required.
- Prior work experience performed inside a production or manufacturing environment.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs unassisted.
- Ability to stand and move around on your feet for 8–10 hours per day on a concrete floor.
- Able to withstand moderate to high noise levels in the work environment.
- Prior work history in a plant facility that is subject to the same climate conditions of the region (heat, cold, humidity, etc.).
- Pay starts at $20/hour.
- Must be available from 5 pm – 5 am Monday to Friday with occasional work Saturdays.
Position Pay Range: $19.38 — $25.05 USD
