Monarch Communities is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) for per diem shifts to provide compassionate, holistic nursing care to residents. The Wellness Nurse will work under the Health and Wellness Director (RN) and supervise day-to-day nursing activities performed by certified nursing assistants.
Per diem schedule includes 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, or 11pm-7am shifts, with responsibilities ranging from assessments to medication administration supervision.
