This role supports quality assurance activities throughout the manufacturing process by driving corrective actions, responding to customer quality concerns, maintaining compliance with industry standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The position is ideal for someone with a strong quality background in manufacturing who enjoys problem‑solving, data analysis, and cross‑functional collaboration.
Responsibilities- Support and maintain compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and AS9100 quality standards
- Investigate quality issues and lead root cause analysis and corrective action activities
- Manage customer returns and RMA processes, including documentation, investigation, and follow‑up
- Coordinate responses to customer quality surveys, audits, and requests for information
- Collect, analyze, and report quality performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Support internal quality systems, procedures, and documentation activities
- Assist with employee training initiatives related to quality procedures and standards
- Partner with production and leadership teams to improve product quality and process performance
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing defects and improving operational efficiency
- Support internal and external audits as required
- Ability to work a full‑time schedule in a manufacturing environment
- Experience working within a quality role in a manufacturing setting
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and/or AS9100 standards
- Experience conducting root cause investigations and implementing corrective actions
- Familiarity with customer returns, RMAs, and quality complaint resolution
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and prepare reports for management
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments
- Experience supporting training initiatives and quality system compliance
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem‑solving skills
