Senior Sales Engineer

A growing nationwide industrial electrical contractor and automation specialist is hiring an Installation Sales Manager to drive growth across its electrical installation business.

You'll own the full sales cycle, developing relationships with industrial customers and strategic partners and winning large capital projects, plant upgrades, line relocations, and ongoing electrical service work
.

• Develop new industrial customers and grow existing strategic accounts.
• Build relationships with plant managers, engineering, maintenance, project teams, OEMs, and GCs
  .
• Identify opportunities across greenfield projects, equipment upgrades, line relocations, shutdowns, and maintenance programs.
• Lead prospecting, discovery, proposals, negotiation, and project handoff.
• Work closely with Engineering, Installation, Operations, and Supply Chain teams.
• Own pipeline, forecasting, account strategy, and revenue growth.

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience within industrial electrical, construction, automation, EPC, or related markets.
• Track record selling project-based services into manufacturing or industrial customers.
• Strong business development/hunter mentality with experience closing complex deals.
• Understanding of electrical installation projects, including labor, materials, estimating, schedules, and change orders
  .
• Ability to travel approximately 35% nationwide
  .
