This Program Security position is located in Moorestown, NJ. The successful candidate will support multiple programs, enforcing DoD Manuals 5205.07, Physical Security requirements in accordance with ICD 705, and all other regulatory guidance and established policies.

• Escort, monitor, and enforce security‑compliant requirements in Special Access Program facilities
• Access control
• Media control
• Review and update fixed‑facility checklists
• Lab scheduling and coordination activities
• Other duties as may be assigned

The position is primarily a first shift but may occasionally require extended or modified schedule to meet mission requirements.

• Final transferable Secret security clearance with ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance
• Must be able to obtain and maintain Special Access Programs (SAP) access
• Familiar with working in classified environments and/or classified materials
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Able to partner with internal and external customers and teammates

• Experience working in industrial security and/or special access programs
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive can‑do attitude and self‑starter mindset
• Experience with NISPOM, DoD 5205.07, and CSSO (SAP/SCI)
• Experience with physical security standards IAW ICD 705
• Ability to work well on a team and multi‑task in a dynamic environment

This position requires a government security clearance and you must be a U.S. citizen for consideration. Clearance level:
Top Secret with investigation or CV date within 5 years.

Annual base salary range varies by state. For the states listed above, the range is $57,400 – $101,200. For other states, the salary will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Salary is a general guideline and depends on scope, experience, education, key skills, and market conditions.
