Program Security Position

The Program Security position is located in Moorestown, NJ. The role supports multiple programs, enforcing DoD Manuals 5205.07, Physical Security requirements in accordance with ICD 705, and all other regulatory guidance and established policies. Duties include escorting, monitoring, and enforcing security-compliant requirements in Special Access Program Facilities, access control, media control, review and updating of fixed facility checklists, lab scheduling and coordination activities, etc.

The position is primarily first shift with possible schedule extensions.

Responsibilities

Escort, monitor, and enforce security-compliant requirements in Special Access Program Facilities
Perform access control and media control activities
Review and update fixed facility checklists
Coordinate lab scheduling and other coordination activities
Perform other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications

Final transferable Secret security clearance with ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance.

Must be able to obtain and maintain Special Access Programs (SAP) Access.

Familiar with working in classified environments and/or classified materials.

Excellent communication skills, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

Able to partner with internal and external customers and teammates.

Desired Skills

Experience working in Industrial Security position and/or Special Access Programs.

Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive can-do attitude and considered a self-starter.

Experience with the NISPOM, DoD 5205.07, and CSSO (SAP/SCI) experience.

Experience with Physical Security standards IAW ICD 705.

Ability to work well on a team and multi-task in dynamic environment.

Security Clearance Statement

This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a U.S. citizen for consideration.

Clearance Level

Top Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years.

Work schedule: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week.
Shift: First shift.
Location: Onsite at Lockheed Martin facility.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual base salary range for this position (excluding major metropolitan areas) is $57,400 - $101,200. Salary evaluated by scope, responsibilities, experience, etc. This position is incentive plan eligible.
