Security Officer Clearance DoD Patrol

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $19.36 / Hour

• Saturday: 06:00 AM – 02:00 PM
• Sunday: 02:00 PM – 10:00 PM

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors by following site‑specific procedures and supporting security‑related operations at the location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and report observations through proper site communication channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, restricted areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify conditions that may require attention.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify access credentials as directed, and assist with visitor processing and/or escort procedures in accordance with site protocols.
• Support emergency response activities by following post orders, documenting incidents, and coordinating with site contacts and/or first responders when appropriate.

• An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
• A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• The ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
