Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour
Job Schedule:- Mon: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
- Thu: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
- Fri: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
- Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency services as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions.
- Monitor access points and verify credentials in accordance with site procedures, helping to support authorized entry and/or exit of employees, visitors, and contractors.
- Prepare clear, accurate reports of daily activities, incidents, and/or maintenance concerns, and relay relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.
- An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
- CPR/First Aid certification is preferred and may be completed post hire.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
- The ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
