The WorkThis Program Security position is located in Moorestown, NJ. The successful and experienced candidate will support multiple programs, enforcing DoD Manuals 5205.07, Physical Security requirements in accordance with ICD 705, and all other regulatory guidance and established policies.
Duties include:
- Escort, monitor, and enforce security compliant requirements in Special Access Program Facilities.
- Access Control and Media Control.
- Review and update Fixed Facility Checklists.
- Coordinate lab scheduling.
- Other duties as assigned.
The position is primarily a first shift position but may occasionally require extended or modified schedule to meet mission requirements.

Basic QualificationsThis position requires a government security clearance; you must be a US citizen for consideration. Clearance level:
Top Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite full‑time – the work will be performed at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate schedules that provide additional flexibility. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five‑day work week to condensed schedules providing additional time away from the office.
Schedule for this Position: 4×10 hour day, 3 days off per week.
Compensation and BenefitsPay rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $57,400–$101,200. For states not referenced, the salary range will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as scope and responsibilities, experience, education, key skills, and market considerations when extending an offer.
