RoleSummary:
ACI is seeking a skilled, full-time Industrial Electrician to join its team of highly qualified electricians. Reporting to the Installation Manager, this person will play an important role in supporting industrial installation projects at customer sites locally and across the country.
The ideal candidate will be able to read electrical drawings and wiring diagrams, work safely and professionally in active industrial environments, and bring strong hands‑on experience in industrial electrical installation. This role is best suited for someone who wants to grow within a company focused exclusively on industrial work rather than residential or commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:Industrial Electrical Installation
- Perform industrial electrical installation work in accordance with project requirements, company standards, and applicable codes.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and installation prints.
- Install and support conduit layout, conduit bending, wiring, and equipment connections.
- Assist with 480V power distribution installation, machine installations and upgrades, and related field work.
- Maintain a neat, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Communicate effectively with the Installation Manager, engineers, and customers to resolve field issues and support successful project execution.
- Organize work tasks, materials, and daily job priorities to keep work progressing efficiently.
- Support project schedules by working regular shifts, overtime, and travel assignments as required.
- Represent ACI professionally at customer sites both locally and during out-of-town assignments.
- Demonstrate a safety-first mindset and uphold safety as top priority.
- Follow NEC, NFPA 79, OSHA, and company safety requirements.
- Perform work with attention to quality, craftsmanship, and compliance.
- Help maintain high standards for jobsite cleanliness, professionalism, and execution.
Required
- 3+ years of experience in industrial electrical contracting or industrial electrical installation.
- Ability to read electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and installation prints.
- Working knowledge of NEC, NFPA 79, and OSHA requirements.
- Experience with conduit layout and bending.
- Understanding of 480V power distribution.
- Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors, engineers, customers, and other team members.
- Ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds.
- Ability to work a regular day-shift schedule and overtime when needed.
- Ability and willingness to travel locally or long-distance when required.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check and participate in random drug and alcohol screening.
- Must provide own hand tools; power tools are provided by the company.
- Valid driver's license.

Preferred- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience working in industrial facilities and customer‑facing field environments.
- Full‑time, in‑person role.
- Day shift, Monday through Friday, with 8‑hour or 10‑hour shifts based on project needs.
- Role requires work at customer locations locally and across the country.
