A leading industrial electrical contractor is seeking experienced Industrial Electricians to join its growing team. The organisation specialises in industrial automation, electrical installation, engineering, programming, control systems, custom control panels, and commissioning services across a variety of industrial environments.
Reporting directly to the Installation Manager, the successful candidate will play a key role in delivering electrical installation and automation projects at customer sites locally and throughout the United States. This position is ideal for electricians looking to further develop their careers in the industrial sector, working on technically challenging projects with a strong emphasis on safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain industrial electrical systems and equipment.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, schematics, and installation plans.
- Assist with power distribution installations, including 480V systems.
- Perform conduit layout, installation, and bending.
- Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and customers to resolve technical issues and ensure project success.
- Organise materials, manage work tasks, and support project scheduling requirements.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
- Follow all company and customer safety procedures and standards.
- Minimum 3 years of industrial electrical experience.
- Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC), NFPA 79, and OSHA regulations.
- Proven ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Experience with industrial power distribution systems.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's licence required.
- Journeyman or Electrical Licence preferred.
- Ability to work a standard day shift schedule with overtime as required.
- Capable of standing, walking, bending, and performing physical labour throughout the workday.
- Ability to lift and move up to 75 lbs.
- Must provide personal hand tools (power tools supplied).
- Willingness and ability to travel locally and nationally as project requirements dictate.
- Reliable transportation required.
- Must successfully pass background screening and participate in drug and alcohol testing programmes.

Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday-Friday, Day Shift, Overtime Available
Location: On-site with travel as required
Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred
Experience: 3+ Years of Industrial Electrical Experience Preferred
