As part of our 21st Century Security vision, Lockheed Martin is investing in advancing multi-function sensing capabilities. Our Converged Sensors team is accelerating multi-function aperture & multi-function processing technologies through research, development, & demonstrations.

Our team is seeking a game-changing software engineer to help develop & implement advanced digital signal processing algorithms within high-performance heterogeneous compute environments. In this role, you will serve as a software engineer on a product team dedicated to designing, prototyping, & demonstrating Radar, Electronic Warfare, & Communications multi-function processing algorithms & capabilities.

• Collaborate with product teams to prototype & demonstrate multi-function sensor processing technologies
• Develop signal processing chains for execution in high-performance heterogeneous compute environments
• Deploy signal processing algorithms through CUDA-based pipelines to meet project requirements
• Utilize expertise in digital signal processing, C++, & CUDA to optimize performance for applications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent field
• 3 years of experience
• Demonstrated proficiency with C, C++, & Python
• Experience in software development approaches
• Experience in Agile & Dev Sec Ops  methodologies
• Active or ability to obtain a DoD Top Secret security clearance

• Familiar with embedded software development
• Knowledge of Radar, Electronic Warfare, Communications systems
• Experience with digital signal processing algorithm development
• Demonstrated verbal & written communication skills

This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a U.S. Citizen for consideration.

Part-time Remote Telework:
The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five-day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time Off benefits.

4x10-hour day, 3 days off per week
