Founded in 1970, Shield's Business Solutions is the largest independent ATM, cash handling, and armored transportation company in NJ and Eastern PA. We have evolved from providing adding machines, dictating machines, and typewriters to delivering premier armored car security services built on trust and customer service.

The hourly rate starts at $21.00/hour with potential for overtime. Salary ranges between $42,000 - $50,000 your first year based on experience and license. As an Armored Crew Leader, you are on the front line of our company, responsible for the safe transportation of coins, currency, and other valuables via armored vehicles. You drive safely, follow designated routes, maintain close communication with dispatch, load and unload cargo (multiple bags of coins weighing up to 50 lbs each), and keep all necessary paperwork up‑to‑date and accurate.

• 21 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record
• Ability to complete all Department of Transportation requirements
• Ownership of or willingness to obtain a firearm (required for Crew Leader position)
• Possession of a valid firearm permit or ability to pass applicable licensing requirements (NJ or PA Carry Permit required)
• Ability to obtain a PA Act 235F card (required for crew leader position)
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds

These full‑time armored transportation positions are 1st shift, starting from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM, Monday through Saturday. You must be willing to work overtime as needed. The day ends when all scheduled stops are complete. Crew Leaders are scheduled four or five days per work week, Monday through Saturday.
