This is a part‑time on‑site role for a Registered Nurse at Franciscan Health in Mooresville, IN. The Registered Nurse will perform patient care duties ranging from developing and implementing care plans to monitoring patient conditions and administering medications. The role involves collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, educating patients and families, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. Maintaining documentation of treatments and effectively addressing patient needs are key aspects of this role.
Qualifications- Strong clinical skills, including patient assessment, medication administration, and care planning
- Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and maintaining accurate documentation
- Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with patients and families
- Organizational and critical‑thinking skills to ensure safe, efficient, and compassionate care delivery
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana or eligibility to obtain one
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is required; ACLS/PALS certifications are an advantage
- Prior acute care, surgical, or specialty experience is beneficial
