NOTE: Mooresville, IN position has a rotational shift. The warehouses operate seven days a week. The entire team working in the warehouses will follow a rotating shift schedule, including weekends, ensuring no one works more than five days a week. The shift plan will be communicated in advance. It will be 40 hours per week shift

Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned Senior System Support Engineer with 8-10 years of experience to deliver robust onsite IT support at our large-scale warehouse facility in Mooresville, IN. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless operation of user devices, warehouse systems, and IT infrastructure in a 7-day operational environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, leadership in coordination, and an ability to resolve complex issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive onsite IT support in a high-demand warehouse environment.

• Execute IMAC (Installs, Moves, Adds, Changes) services and address advanced hardware/software issues.

• Configure and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, tablets, RF devices, Kronos time clocks, mobile workstations, BenQ displays, and Wi-Fi RF lockers.

• Support and manage VOIP phones, Cisco switches, Meraki access points, and HP/Zebra printers.

• Deliver depot services, including device imaging, configuration, shipment, and asset handoff.

• Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes in close coordination with HR, IT, and Security teams.

• Provision and manage user accounts across platforms including Active Directory, Pyramid, High Jump, CLS, Caja Robotics, Exotec, Miniload, Oracle EBS, Smart BOL, and Koerber One Vice Pick.

• Perform monthly patching activities and apply Windows updates across supported endpoints.

• Collaborate with remote support teams and escalate incidents using Service Now while ensuring SLA compliance.

• Deliver remote troubleshooting through Teams, Proxy Pro, and phone-based support channels.

• Maintain accurate asset inventory and update documentation including SOPs and asset lifecycle records.

• Provide hands-on support for network-related tasks such as firewall maintenance, switch installation, and structured cabling.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 8-10 years of proven experience in onsite IT support, systems engineering, or enterprise IT operations.

• Advanced proficiency with tools such as Service Now, Ivanti Mobile Iron, Proxy Pro, and Microsoft Entra.

• Strong experience in supporting a wide range of hardware and peripherals including RF scanners, printers, and timekeeping systems.

• Working knowledge of enterprise warehouse tools and account provisioning platforms.

• Competence in network fundamentals including Cisco/Meraki configuration, VoIP telephony, and cabling.

• Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills with a proactive service mindset.

• ITIL Foundation certification or CompTIA A+ preferred.

• Must adhere to organizational compliance standards including SOX controls and data security policies.
