At US Brick, we are looking for a team member who will roll up their sleeves and get it done in a safe, efficient, and thoughtful manner work ethic.
US Brick has a current vacancy to join our diverse and dynamic company as a Maintenance Supervisor. This role will report directly to the Plant Manager.
What you will be doing:- Direct supervision of 4-6 crew members
- Scheduling your crew to provide 12-hour coverage each day as well as after hours on call requirements
- Manage repairs and preventative maintenance throughout the plant
- Ordering parts as needed
- Using our common systems in our facilities to include hydraulics, pneumatics, Fanuc Robotics, Allen Bradley PLC's as well as traditional mechanical and electrical component
